Loosely translated "dulce de leche" is a Latin American "milk jam", made from heating up milk and sugar together over several hours - similar to caramel or toffee.

I grew up eating this heavenly "milk jam" and this is my way to connect you to one of the best coulinary experiences of Latin American culture.

Measurements: 1.5cm deep. Due to their handmade nature, the cake slices may slightly vary in size and colour, just like real cakes.
